Cycling w/o AF?

AF hasn't showed up yet and I'm suppose to start my shots tonight.  I asked the nurse earlier this week about what to do if AF doesn't show up by today, do I still start the meds?  She said yes, it should be fine. I thought that was kind of strange, but hey, they're the experts.  So I POAS this morning, just to make sure (since I missed one day while on the pill). Yep, no miracle...it was a BFN.  Wishful thinking. Oh well, what's a wasted pee stick?  I'll just add it to my list next time I go shopping.

So, has anyone ever started an IVF cycle with a no show AF? I'm just wondering if it's 'normal.'
