Abbey's 5th birthday

Abbey turned five on August 6th and celebrated her birthday on Sunday. I can't believe she is getting so big. I was working the whole weekend in Maryland, but I made sure I got home in time for her big party. She was so excited to have all her friends there to help her celebrate.

Girl's Camp July 2008

Girls camp was held in Romney, WV again this year. I was able to come up and spend one day with the girls. I'm not a big camper, so one day was plenty for me. It was so hot! I don't do hot very well so I was not a happy camper. But it was worth it to spend time with the YW.

Cherry Picking

We went cherry picking at Orr Farm in Martinsburg, WV. My niece, Abbey, had fun fililng her bucket up with lots and lots of cherries.

Steve and I have been married for eight wonderful years! We have been living in Winchester, VA for the past 3 years. Steve works at Freddie Mac and I work at SAIC. We do not have any kids yet, but continue to pray and have faith that we will be blessed with them soon. In the meantime, we have fun with our nieces and nephews.
